▶︎ Feedback Mechanism
Twice a year, we hold interviews (at the beginning of the year and mid-year) to set aside time to discuss future issues, the employee’s current standing in relation to their future vision, and what needs to be worked on in order to achieve that vision.
▶︎ Transfer Preference Survey
Once a year, we hear from our employees about their transfer requests, and we consider transfers with respect to those requests. This enables our employees to raise their hands and continue to take on the challenges of a new environment.
▶︎ Open Career
This is a transfer system that transcends the boundaries between group companies (Hoshino Resorts). Employees can directly apply to the department of their choice without going through HR or management, and if they meet the criteria, they will be transferred.

We provide subsidies for the cost of acquiring qualifications to improve work skills.

A sustainable way of working with continued engagement

There comes a time in everyone's lives when they have to change the way they relate to their work in accordance with life events and life stages. We have established a system that allows employees to easily maintain connection with the company for a long period of time.

▶︎ Telecommuting
As a general rule, telecommuting is available with discretion within a limit of 9 days per month. In addition, there is a system that allows telecommuting beyond that limit if there are special personal or family circumstances and the company recognizes that the employee is capable of working autonomously.
▶︎ Staggered Work Hours
This is a system that allows employees to work staggered working hours by changing their starting time without changing their scheduled daily working hours. Starting time can be chosen between 7:30 and 10:30.
▶︎ Maternity and Childcare Support System
Childcare leave for men as well as women is welcomed and supported by the team so that employees can take time off with peace of mind. We have a culture of understanding and respecting the circumstances of our colleagues, making it easy for everyone to take advantage of the system.
▶︎ Childcare Leave
This system allows employees to take childcare leave until the day the child reaches three years of age (the day before the child's third birthday).
▶︎ Shortened Working Hours for Childcare
This system allows employees to shorten their scheduled working hours to 5 hours per day until the child enters the second grade of elementary school.
▶︎ Support for Using Babysitters
We provide discount coupons for the use of specified babysitters.
▶︎ Career Comeback
This is a system that allows employees who wish to leave the workplace to raise their children on the assumption that they will return to work without employment selection before their children start elementary school.

External certification

Based on five criteria for promoting women’s advancement, we have received the highest three-star certification under the “Eruboshi” system from the Minister of Health, Labor and Welfare.

Employees can purchase investment units of Hoshino Resorts REIT, Inc. by accumulating a certain amount of investment units every month on an ongoing basis. Incentives are provided by the company.
