Basic Policy on Antisocial Forces

We have created a Manual for Dealing with Antisocial Forces and formulated basic principles and specific measures for preventing violence by antisocial forces, clarifying our organizational response, and thoroughly preventing relationships with, transactions with, and the use of antisocial forces. Our basic policy on dealing with antisocial forces includes response by the organization, coordination with outside expert organizations, the prevention of all dealings, including transactions, with antisocial forces, legal response, both civil and criminal, in the event of incidents, and the prohibition of backroom dealings and the provision of funding. We make all officers thoroughly aware of this policy.
