We believe that Japan's unparalleled scenic beauty is a resource and a world-class asset and that Japan can enjoy prosperity by making the most of its beauty and by vigorously promoting Japan as a tourism-oriented country. We are always eager to contribute to the further promotion of tourism in Japan and to make the country a leading tourism destination.

However, recently in Japan, there seems to be an increasing number of people involved in hotel investment and hotel management who see hotels only as investment targets and think only of investment yields without any affection for hotels. Such a position tends to fall into a short-term perspective and cannot be expected to be sustainable in the long term. We, on the other hand, approach asset management with a strong interest in the long-term development of hotels and ryokans and their respective regions.
Through these efforts, we will take on the challenge of building a tourism-oriented nation and a tourism-advanced nation.
